Hard at work

Hello and welcome to my pilot blog.

Over the next few months I will be aiming to post one update a day to keep you up to date and to give a insight as to what life as a 26 year old Flying Instructor is like.

So about myself, I have been flying for about four years since finishing University and teaching for around 18 months. I did my training the ‘modular’ way and attending various flying schools around Europe. My first job was flying out of Gamston Airport teaching the NPPL/PPL course to my students. Since then I have relocated to Oxfordshire which is were I am currently instructing full time in PA38’s and PA28’s.

From zero flying experience to where I am now I have been lucky to fly all over the world, from training in Spain for my IR to building my flying hours on route to Las Vegas. My time in the USA showed me how welcoming they are over there to General Aviation and how flying small aircraft fitted into the way of life.
